On 18th July,
2023, Tuesday, a meeting of NDA was held in the National capital. The meeting
was scheduled hours after the opposition parties went for their huddle in
Bengaluru. The meeting was attended by 39 leaders of parties and was addressed
by PM Modi.

highlighted the NDA government's practice of prioritizing India above all
political interests, including the conferral of prestigious awards on leaders
from different parties such as Bharat Ratna to Pranab-da (former President and
senior Congress leader Pranab Mukherjee). They also conferred the Padma award
on Sharad Pawar, Mulayam Singh Yadav, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Muzaffar Baig
3. Secure over 50 per cent of the total votes:
PM Modi expressed
that the NDA received 38% of the total votes in the 2014 elections and gained
45% in the 2019 elections due to the people's trust in their efforts to
safeguard national interests. He expressed confidence that their alliance
partners' dedication would lead them to secure over 50% of the vote share in
the upcoming 2024 elections.
4. Coalition government in 2024:
In the 4 hour
long meeting, a proposal stating that
the National Democratic Alliance government will be formed in the 2024 general
elections for the third time under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra
Modi was passed.
5. Preached and practiced positive politics:
PM Modi stated
that during their time in the Opposition, they practiced positive politics,
uncovering previous government scams without insulting the people's mandate. He
also highlighted that they never sought foreign help against the ruling
governments or hindered development schemes meant for the welfare of the
country and its people.

Narendra Modi chaired the meeting of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA),
with the participation of 39 alliance parties. The gathering marked the
