Ajay Devgn's Maidaan is 'A must-watch Indian sports film': Sourav Ganguly reviewed

Former cricket player Sourav Ganguly gave the movie Maidaan a review and tweeted his comments. The movie has Ajay Devgn in the lead role. On what was once called X, or Twitter, Sourav lavished Maidaan with compliments. "A fascinating portrayal of India's legendary football coach, Syed Abdul Rahim," Maidaan was described by him.

Beside the film poster featuring Ajay, Sourav said, don’t miss out on the cinematic experience of Maidaan, a captivating portrayal of India's legendary football coach, Syed Abdul Rahim, and the golden era of Indian football. Witness the iconic Indian football stars brought back to life on the big screen in this must-watch Indian sports film.

In response, Zee Studios, the film's production company, tweeted, "Thank you, Dada! We’re glad you found Maidaan a winning shot! "Maidaan is one of the best sports drama movie." (That was enhanced by another tweet). Another person commented, "Watched Maidaan today. A fantastic movie with superb performance." Both the movie and the actors' performances are outstanding. 

In relation to Maidaan the movie, which starred Ajay Devgn, made its theatrical debut on April 11. Syed Abdul Rahim, who managed and coached the Indian football team from 1950 to 1963, is the subject of this movie biopic. Notable performers in the movie besides Ajay are Priyamani and Nitanshi Goel. Zee Studios, Bayview Projects, and Fresh Lime Films are working together to develop Maidaan.
