Ticketmaster has already alerted Beyoncé's fan base that the demand for tickets has increased and many interested fans may be unable to obtain tickets since demand drastically exceeds availability.
Ticketmaster has been in the Senate Judiciary Committee's eye since the ticket sale for Taylor Swift's coming Eras Tour turned into chaos in November. The website crashed, customers shut out of the presale and Ticketmaster finally cancelled all general public ticket sales after it ran out of tickets.
"It's incredibly tough for me to trust an outside organisation with these connections and popularity and terrible for me to just watch things happen with no redressal", Taylor Swift said following the ticket sale mishap.
President and CFO of Live Nation Entertainment apologised to Taylor Swift and her fans by mentioning that the corporation unexpectedly experienced bot attacks during Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour sale. He further added that Live Nation Entertainment wholly understands its responsibilities under the antitrust laws and does not engage in practices that could justify antitrust litigation.

Besides, during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, it was even supposed that Live Nation Entertainment's tactic of owning key venues, securing contracts with other major venues and controlling artist promotion is the definition of monopoly.
