The BJP accused Arvind Kejriwal of spending ₹3.75 crore on luxury renovations to his Delhi bungalow, calling it a "museum of corruption." AAP dismissed the allegations as propaganda, with Manish Sisodia accusing the BJP of diverting attention from pressing governance issues. Both parties continue to exchange heated barbs.
Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva has accused Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal of misusing public funds to renovate his official bungalow into what he described as a "7-star resort." Sharing a video on X (formerly Twitter), Sachdeva claimed that the bungalow, dubbed "Sheesh Mahal," features a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and high-end amenities worth ₹3.75 crore.
He alleged that ₹1.9 crore was spent on marble granite lighting and ₹1.5 crore on civil work, with gym and spa fittings costing an additional ₹35 lakh. Sachdeva called the bungalow a "museum of corruption," urging Kejriwal to open it to the public and explain the expenditures.

The AAP dismissed these claims as "baseless propaganda," with former deputy CM Manish Sisodia accusing the BJP of deflecting attention from critical issues like school funding, mid-day meals, and healthcare in BJP-ruled states. AAP asserted that the BJP’s focus on the bungalow was an attempt to avoid accountability for governance failures.
