Chouhan's declaration indicated that his movable assets amount to Rs 1.11 crore, and he possesses immovable property valued at Rs 2.10 crore.

Interestingly, Chouhan's wife, Sadhna Singh, holds more assets than the Chief Minister himself. She boasts movable assets worth Rs 1.9 crore and substantial immovable properties valued at Rs 4.32 crore. Additionally, Shivraj Singh Chouhan reported having Rs 1.10 crore in cash, while his wife holds Rs 1.15 crore.

The couple's financial assets extend into their bank accounts as well. The Chief Minister maintains a total of Rs 92,79,104 across three different bank accounts, while Sadhna Singh has Rs 71,87,544 spread across four bank accounts.

In an intriguing revelation, it appears that Shivraj Singh Chouhan does not own any vehicles. In stark contrast, his wife possesses a 2000 model Ambassador car.

Furthermore, the financial affidavit unveiled that the 64-year-old Chief Minister owns 96 grams of gold and jewelry, which amounts to Rs 6 lakh, while Sadhna Singh possesses 535 grams of gold and jewelry valued at Rs 34 lakh. Shivraj Singh Chouhan also has a licensed revolver and owns agricultural land worth Rs 1,59,35,000, whereas his wife's agricultural land holdings are valued at Rs 3,30,00,000.

The couple's real estate portfolio includes three residential properties in Vidisha and Jait village, with a combined worth of Rs 51,25,000. Shivraj Singh Chouhan's total assets amount to Rs 3,21,80,282, while Sadhna Singh's total assets are valued at Rs 5,41,14,644.

The most noteworthy revelation in the financial declaration is that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's total assets now stand at Rs 8.62 crore, a significant increase from the Rs 7.66 crore he declared in the 2018 Assembly elections. His wealth has grown by nearly Rs 1 crore in the past five years, given that he had reported total assets worth Rs 6.27 crore in 2013.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his wife derive their income from multiple sources. The Chief Minister's sources of income include his salary, farming, and horticulture, while his wife generates income through farming, horticulture, and renting properties.

In terms of liabilities, the Chief Minister reports a total liability of Rs 2.14 lakh, whereas his wife, Sadhna Singh, carries a liability of Rs 66,58,251. This comprehensive declaration offers a detailed insight into the financial status of Madhya Pradesh's Chief Minister as the state gears up for the upcoming assembly elections.
