The JDU leader Gulam Rasool demanded the Modi government allocate 30% of jobs in the army to the Muslims of the country. He wants the reservation because the "Modi government is scared of Pakistan" and that when the times were hard, it was the missile man of India who helped us tackle our neighbors. He said,  "If PM Narendra Modi is scared of Pakistan, allow 30 percent recruitment of Muslim youths in the armed forces. When Pakistan made missiles and terrorized India, it was a son of a Muslim APJ Abdul Kalam who came forward and gave a befitting reply."
