Gruesome Murder Shakes Bihar Village After Woman's Body Found Mutilated

In a horrifying incident that has left the community in shock, a 45-year-old woman was savagely beaten and brutally murdered in Bihar's Khagaria district. The village of Pasraha is reeling from the discovery of Sulekha Devi's mutilated body, as residents demand justice for the heinous crime.

 

According to the police, unidentified individuals attacked Sulekha Devi while she was working in her field. The assailants went to unimaginable lengths, gouging out her eyes, severing her breasts, and mutilating her private parts before ultimately taking her life with a sharp weapon. The perpetrators are currently on the run, evading capture.

 

This devastating tragedy is not the first to strike the family. Sulekha Devi's husband, Bablu Singh, and her brother-in-law were tragically shot dead on April 25, 2014. Disturbingly, the accused in her husband's murder case had been released on bail just last year.

 

While the motive behind this brutal crime is suspected to be a land dispute, the police are conducting further investigations to determine the exact cause. SDPO Manoj Kumar, during a press briefing, revealed that a knife was recovered from the crime scene. Currently, authorities are conducting a thorough investigation into the entire incident.

 

The local community, along with the victim's grieving relatives, took to the streets in protest, blocking the National Highway near the Pasraha police station and causing significant traffic congestion. The protest came to a halt when SDPO Manoj Kumar arrived at the scene and assured the family that the culprits would be apprehended.

 

The shocking and horrific nature of this murder has shaken the entire village, leaving them seeking justice and safety in their community once again.
