INDIA Bloc's Opposition is organizing a mass 'Ulgulan Nyay Rally' at Ranchi

The INDIA opposition bloc held a massive 'Ulgulan Nyay Rally' in Ranchi, with top leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Lalu Prasad, and Arvind Kejriwal's wife Sunita assailing the BJP's "dictatorial" approach and vowing to uphold democracy.
Ranchi, April 21, 2024 (HT News Desk) - The BJP government at the Centre was shown their mettle by opposition parties' leaders from 14 major companies or INDIA bloc's mega "Ulgulan Nyay Rally" in Ranchi, Jharkhand today.
The rally, which was organized by the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) party at the Prabhat Tara grounds, Ranchi, had roaring speeches by prominent opposition leaders like Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi of Congress party, RJD's Lalu Prasad, NC's Farooq Abdullah, SP's Akhilesh Y
Sunita Kejriwal and Kalpana Soren, spouse of the former Jharkhand chief minister, became two of the most powerful speakers at the rally, in which the numbers of the crowd were said to be over 5 lakhs and came from all over the state.
"We need to stop this dictatorship and save our democracy and constitution," argued Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren in a stirring speech, an expression of his protest against the arrests of his Delhi counterpart Kejriwal and himself. "Exposing the Centre's dictatorial tactic will be our goal."
Apart from them, there were AAP's Bhagwant Mann, Sanjay Singh, TMC’s Derek O’Brien, Shiv Sena’s Priyanka Chaturvedi and CPI(ML)’s Dipankar Bhattacharya, and other representatives of the INDIA coalition of 28 parties had.
In biting words, Shiv Sena MP Chaturvedi blamed the BJP for being a "growing autocrat" and for trying to "muzzle the opposition" amid demands for lifting incomes and jobs and protecting women.

BJP, however, claimed this gathering was a "great family program," which is nothing but to promote dynastic politics. "Their union is against the Modi-led anti-corruption campaign," concluded the Bharatiya Janata Party state spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo.
The Ranchi rally showed that the elections would be a fiercer and fiercer battlefield between the opposition INDIA and the BJP, where they slung and slung oppression and corruption charges at each other.
