Neetu Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor share heartwarming posts announcing birth of Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra's baby boy

On Sunday, veteran actor Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram Stories to share the news of her nephew Armaan Jain and his wife Anissa Malhotra becoming parents to a baby boy. Neetu shared an animated post that featured Armaan's parents, Rima Kapoor and Manoj Jain. Armaan is Rima and Manoj's elder son.

The photo which was shared  shows a woman laughing and raising her hands while a man holds a champagne bottle and smiles, both celebrating the birth of a baby. The photo also features a smiling blue heart. The accompanying words in the picture read, "Dada (grandfather) Manoj and Dadi (grandmother) Rima are so excited to announce the birth of our grandson! (folded hands emoji)." Along with the photo, Neetu Kapoor shared a post captioned "Super excited to welcome the new addition into the family (red heart and heart eyes emojis)."

 

On Sunday, actor Kareena Kapoor extended her congratulations to the new parents as well. She took to her Instagram Stories and shared a photo with Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra. The picture seemed to be taken at a family event, where Kareena wore a red suit and posed with the couple. Armaan, on the other hand, opted for white ethnic wear while Anissa wore a peach-coloured lehenga. In the caption, Kareena expressed her joy for the new parents, writing, "Proud parents my darlings...(red heart emojis) @therealarmaanjain @anissamalhotrajain." It is heartwarming to see the family come together to celebrate the arrival of the newest member.

 

Anissa Malhotra's sister, Akanksha Malhotra, took to her Instagram Stories to announce the news of Armaan Jain and Anissa's baby boy. Along with the post, she shared a picture of the couple taken during the baby shower where they were seen happily touching her stomach. In the picture, Armaan wore white ethnic wear while Anissa looked stunning in a pink outfit. Akanksha congratulated the new parents with a heartfelt message and included their Instagram handles and that of Anissa's fashion brand.

 

Kareena and Neetu were present at Anissa's baby shower event in February 2023. Kareena shared a photo on Instagram posing with Anissa and captioned it, "With the gorgeous mamma-to-be." Similarly, Neetu also posted a picture on her Instagram Stories with Kareena, Nitasha Nanda (daughter of Ritu Nanda), and Rima at the baby shower event. The picture was captioned, "@anissamalhotrajain godh bharai (baby shower) god bless."

 

Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra, who recently welcomed their baby boy, tied the knot in February 2020 in a grand ceremony that was attended by several Bollywood celebrities. The couple has been sharing their adorable moments on social media and often gives glimpses of their beautiful love story. Anissa's baby shower, which was hosted by the couple, was also a star-studded affair with close friends and family members in attendance.

 

Apart from congratulating the new parents, Kareena Kapoor is also gearing up for her upcoming film, The Crew. The film, produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, stars Kareena alongside Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Diljit Dosanjh.
