Pandole Has Been Charged with "Irresponsibility :-
The Police in Palghar filed a chargesheet against famous gynaecologist Dr. Anahita Pandole (55), alleging negligence in a car accident that killed two people, together with Tata Sons' former chairman, Cyrus Mistry. A high-ranking police officer revealed that a 152-page chargesheet was presented to the judge on Wednesday afternoon, which included statements from at least 8 witnesses, along with Dr. Anahit's husband Darius Pandole, who was a victim in the accident case, and conclusive reports from the Regional Transport Office (RTO), forensic department, and Mercedes-Benz. Dr. Anahita, who has not yet been arrested, may be called up by the Court at a later date, according to the senior police officer. Mistry and Jahangir Binshah Pandole, the two travellers in the back, were killed in the collision. Simultaneously, Darius Pandole and his wife, Dr. Anahita, who were in the front seats, sustained serious injuries. As Darius described in his statement, a light vehicle was travelling in front of their car at the time of the incident. "Relatively close to where a three-lane road was combining into a two-lane highway, Dr. Anahita tried to follow suit but could not do so since a large truck was rolling toward the right side of her car. According to the official, she eventually crushed the vehicle against the bridge's perimeter fence. Mercedes-Benz alleged in a technological study report based on Event Data Recorder (EDR) information recorded from the wrecked car that Dr. Anahita was unable to prevent the fast car in moment.
