National Training Conclave:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi kicked off the inaugural 'National Training Conclave' in New Delhi, gathering over 1,500 participants from training and research institutes nationwide. The conclave, featuring eight-panel discussions, addresses crucial concerns related to civil services training, including faculty development, training impact assessment, and content digitization.

The event signifies PM Modi's commitment to enhancing governance processes and policy implementation through capacity building in the civil service. The inauguration of this training conclave marks a significant step in that direction. Organized by the Capacity Building Commission, the conclave aims to foster collaboration among civil services training institutes and strengthen the training infrastructure for civil servants throughout the country.

In line with his vision to empower civil servants and facilitate nation-building through comprehensive training, PM Modi introduced the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), known as 'Mission Karmayogi.' This initiative aims to improve the training and preparedness of civil servants, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively meet the evolving challenges of governance.

The 'National Training Conclave' serves as a platform for sharing best practices, exchanging ideas, and collectively working towards enhancing the training ecosystem for civil servants. The discussions during the conclave will be crucial in shaping future policies and approaches related to faculty development, training evaluation, and digital transformation of training content.

By bringing together stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and sectors, the conclave facilitates a holistic approach to capacity building in the civil service. It underscores the government's commitment to continuous learning and development, ensuring civil servants have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver efficient and effective public services.

The 'National Training Conclave' signifies a significant stride toward building a reliable and competent civil service capable of driving transformative change and serving the nation's developmental goals. The outcomes of this conclave will contribute to the ongoing efforts to enhance governance and public service delivery in India .
