Polish President Andrzej Duda expressed solidarity with Ukraine in his speech, stating that he believes Russia's assertiveness will be punished and crushed in Ukraine. He expressed confidence that Ukraine will emerge victorious, and thanked the U.S. for its support. President Duda expressed gratitude to President Biden for his visit to Ukraine and underscored the significance of the partnership between the United States and NATO, in turn, thanked Poland for promoting security in the region and for accepting Ukrainian refugees.
