Prime Minister Bids Farewell to His Mother:-  
The UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre announces the death of the Prime Minister’s mother, Heeraben Modi on 30th December 2022 at 3:30 am. She was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday in Gandhinagar, Gujarat due to her deteriorating health. She was cremated in Gandhinagar muktidham crematorium in sector 30 by her son PM Modi on Friday. He reached Gujarat to perform the last rites to his mother. He had reached Ahmedabad to visit his mother in the hospital, and even talked to the doctors and nurses. He stayed there for an hour.

She was a 100-year-old lady. PM regularly visited his mother and spent time during his visits to Gujarat.  Family members thanked everyone for their prayers and the condolences paid to her. They humbly insisted everyone continue their scheduled work which would be a great tribute to Hiraben. On the demise of the Prime Minister’s Mother, the PM tweeted; “A glorious century rests at the feet of God. In Maa, I have always felt the trinity, which contains the journey of an ascetic, the symbol of a selfless Karmayogi and a life committed to values.” Condolences by the ministers and other politicians  On the death occasion of the Prime Minister’s mother, several ministers and politicians have shown their grief and condolences to her.  Prime Minister Bids Farewell to His Mother,   Prime Minister Bids Farewell to His Mother, Amit Shah, the home minister tweets that a mother is considered a true first friend, undoubtedly also a teacher in a person’s life, losing a mother is the biggest pain a person could feel. He said that the prayers and condolences of crores of people are with the prime minister (modi). He also mentions the words ‘Om Shanti’ at the end of his tweet.  Expressing sorrows, the defence minister, Rajnath Singh also shows grief on the demise of the PM’s mother and said that the death of a mother creates an emptiness in a person’s life that is impossible to be refilled. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi tweets and expresses his condolences on the demise. Other congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge and Bhupesh Baghel also express sorrow on the demise of the Prime Minister’s mother.  Prime Minister Bids Farewell to His Mother,   Prime Minister Bids Farewell to His Mother, Telangana chief minister, K.Chadrashekhar Rao shows grief for the loss. Rajasthan chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also tweets about the death and his deepest sorrows towards Prime Minister’s mother. He asked one of his ministers to attend the funeral on his behalf.  Prime Minister was scheduled to launch development projects in West Bengal, which is to be held via video conferencing. He and his family members also asked everyone to continue their work as per the schedule. No personal loss should affect a country's progress and development.
