Tejashwi Yadav, the former Deputy CM of Bihar and RJD leader, slammed the BJP's '400 Paar' slogan, claiming it flopped on the first day of the Lok Sabha polls. He expressed confidence in the Mahagathbandhan's performance and criticized the BJP's unfulfilled promises.

The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) spokesperson Tejashwi Yadav, the former deputy chief minister of Bihar, has critically reacted to BJP's '400 Paar' slogan for Lok Sabha election 2024, dismissing it as 'flop within the opening day'.

"The whole world seems to be on the side of Mahagathbandhan (grand alliance)...We will win by a good margin. The film '400 Paar' of BJP that came on the very first day itself became a flop."- This is what Yadav had been reportedly saying.

The BJP has been making all-out efforts to win more than 400 seats in the elections, which is what the party leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, repeatedly mention, for instance, "Iss Baar 400 Paar" (This time, cross 400) during the campaigns and rallies.

The first phase of the Lok Sabha polls was held on Friday in many parts of the country, including Bihar, where elections took place in four constituencies: Aurgangbab, Gay (SC), Nawada and Jamui. Based on the statistical data released by the Election Commission of India, voter participation in the Bihar elections was identified to be 48.88%. The state itself, with a total of 40 Lok Sabha seats, will witness polling in the last 36 constituencies in later phases.

Yadav admitted that the alliance is strong and that it won't face any competition from the beginning, stating, "There is no competition in the first phase." We have often told this earlier that Bihar will give surprising results along with UP this time. They (BJP) have not just ignored the people of Bihar; instead, they have done nothing for them. Promises given to Modi ji in 2014 and 2019 were broken. One would think that the public is now tired of their proclamations and empty speeches.

"Today, we are attending the rally with Rahul Gandhi, the candidate for the Bhagalpur constituency." The Mahagathbandhan coalition and the INDIA bloc as a whole are also involved.

Unemployment is the major constraint in Bihar. Inflation, poverty, return on investments and lack of a strong economy are all problems. Movement and waterway flooding are other issues. Last time, BJP people were very worried, this time. On the other hand, they say that they will delete the Constitution. The Constitution is the fundamental law that binds society together, and the one who destroys the Constitution will be destroyed himself.

The Lok Sabha election 2024 lists the first phase election in all the seats of Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tamil Nadu, and these Union Territories Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep, Puducherry also voted.
