Veteran Politician Sharad Pawar:-

If we keep the political inclinations aside for a minute, one might not argue about Sharad Pawar's legacy as a politician. The man has witnessed Indian politics from its roots, and in 2023, it will not be far-stretching to say there is no one more experienced than Pawar in Maharashtra.  And as every experienced man, Sharad Pawar has come up with a piece of advice for his ally Uddhav Thackeray. He advised the former CM of Maharashtra to accept the decision of EIC and adopt a new symbol. Veteran Politician Sharad Pawar Veteran Politician Sharad Pawar Sharad Pawar's advice came after the Election Commission of India (EIC) ruled against Thackeray and handed over the party name "Shiv Sena" and the party symbol "Bow and Arrow" to Eknath Shinde, the current CM of Maharashtra. Pawar, who held the office of CM 4 times, advised, "It's the decision of the Election Commission. Once a decision is given, there can be no discussion. Accept it and take a new symbol. It (the loss of the old symbol) is not going to have any major impact as people will accept (the new symbol). It just would remain in the discussion for the next 15-30 days, that's it." The Shiv Sena allied with the INC post the polls of 2019, after years of coalition with the NDA government. However, the 2022 elections proved to be a decisive turn of events for Shiv Sena and Uddhav Thackeray, as a split occurred within the party, hence raising the dispute over the party name and symbol.  Veteran Politician Sharad Pawar Veteran Politician Sharad Pawar With Uddhav's intention to knock on the doors of SC against the decision of the Election Commission, it would be interesting to see if the advice of Sharad Pawar will command only on paper.  For more updates keep visiting our website www.topstoriesworld.com where we provide unbiased, true, and top stories of the world.
