7-Ways to Make Sunday:-
I regularly spend my Sunday mornings half-working, half-potating, to coin a phrase. Potating is defined as lounging around the house like a couch potato. So, I have scheduled with these 7 Easy and good to go Ways to Make Sunday a Productive Day of Leisure. Sundays are defined potting days, but they also mark the start of a fresh new week. Combining play and prep is the ideal way to begin the week because you receive the combination of both.   7-Ways to Make Sunday 7-Ways to Make Sunday:7-Ways to Make Sunday:7-Ways to Make Sunday7-Ways to Make Sunday7-Ways to Make Sunday My Sundays usually begin with a morning jog, black tea, and reading the Sunday Goalsletter. The remaining of my day is spent running an errand, cleanup, watching Youtube, searching, making plans and gearing up for the week, and just doing business operations at my leisure. So below are some ideas for keeping your Sundays low-key and relaxing while still accomplishing your goals.
  1. Read a chapter and complete a task
This is something I learned from my mother because it's generally her weekend mantra. It all comes down to #harmony. You can make that learning time, watching Videos, Netflix, or anything else you want. Throughout the day, you alter with both work and play. The finest method for breaking up the chores is to take breaks between videos to work on a task on your to-do list. This is something I enjoy doing with clean-up. I especially enjoy doing this while cleaning because cleaning the entire house needs to feel like too much of a weekend job. However, to do something enjoyable between those cleaning makes the task realize much more realistic.
  1. 2. Get a head start
Get a handle on the items that help you feel more prepared for the upcoming week ahead. For e.g., you may plan your meals ahead of time so you do not even feel tempted to eat out or choose easy, unhealthy foods. It could be scheduling your workouts. Choose one or two activities on Sunday that will benefit you be the best possible version of yourself for the rest of the week while also make those choices regarding on yourself. We are all capable. We can smoothly get carried away with a massive to-do list of that we have to prep, wash, and organise, but if you stick from only 2 things every Sunday, you'll be clearer off - particularly if you can match up it in on a busier Sunday. Housekeeping and some sanitising are non-negotiables for me. It's also useful if I go weekly grocery, but although my workplace is right next to the best super markets, I can do this on Monday as well. So, simply decide what best suited for your style of living.
  1. Prepare for Monday
Aside from getting your week organised, it's always a beneficial idea to begin your week with everything prepared the night before At Sunday night, I attempt to spend at least 10-20 minutes having things prepped for Monday. Whether it's choosing an outfit, shampooing my hair, or tidying up my office shoes . It's a nice routine to make you feel more prepared for Monday, so you don't have the Sunday Scaries.
  1. A morning without technology
Start creating a Sunday tech-free morning in which you lounge without your mobile and fully recharge your creative batteries for the coming week ahead. Many of us spend an excessive amount of time on our phones and laptops for both entertainment and work, and it can be extremely draining. Utilize your Weekends to truly unwind away from the outside world. Make time on Sunday for just some calm, blessed me time, whether that is a half - hour habit or a few hours. You can start making a slow breakfast, weekly magazine, interpret on the couch, or plainly get out of bed slowly. Whatever you decide, end up making it a Sunday ritual to leave the phone in the other room.
  1. While watching a TV show, perform an activity that requires little attention
Okay, this is the polar opposite of the previous point, but most of us enjoy a pleasant weekend show binge. But this doesn't imply you should just sit back and relax doing nothing at all. While you're watching Netflix, keep a look out some of these Netflix productivity hacks.
  1. Go over your week
Allow yourself half an hour to reflect on the previous week and plan your week ahead. Consider what went good last week. What didn't work out? And what can I do better? We'll undoubtedly simply repeat the same habits if we don't reflect, or we'll go into the week without even a clear vision of what we desire to actually achieve. Having set aside an hour on Sunday for a weekly update makes me feel more organised moving into the week.
  1. Make a master list
Braindumping everything out is the best way I've noticed to get organised for the week. Make a master list of anything and everything you want to get done for the upcoming week. It includes conferences, appointment scheduling, and so on.   7-Ways to Make Sunday 7-Ways to Make Sunday:7-Ways to Make Sunday:7-Ways to Make Sunday:7-Ways to Make Sunday Conclusion I prefer to do this on Sundays because I'm able to add to the list as I recall ideas during the day. Then, on Monday, I'll start taking this list and pin it to my ClickUp weekend board so I can time-block relying on it.
