Congress Leaders Discuss Party's Strategy for Chhattisgarh Assembly Polls in Delhi

New Delhi: In preparation for the upcoming assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, senior leaders of the Congress party met in Delhi on Wednesday to discuss the party's strategy and readiness for the polls in the state.
Present at the meeting were Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, party leader Rahul Gandhi, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, Chhattisgarh Congress in-charge Kumari Selja, General Secretary (Organisation) KC Venugopal, and Chhattisgarh Health Minister T S Singh Deo.
"We have discussed the poll strategy for the upcoming assembly elections, and we have decided that the prominent leaders of the Congress party should begin visiting Chhattisgarh for public meetings," said Selja.
During the meeting chaired by Kharge, it was emphasized that party members would work together to continuously improve the lives of the people of Chhattisgarh.
Kharge shared on Twitter, "We will work together and bring about change in the lives of the people of Chhattisgarh."
He further stated in a Hindi tweet, "'Garhbo Nava Chhattisgarh' is not just a slogan for us; it is a goal for the state's progress and social justice. The people of Chhattisgarh and their unwavering faith in the Congress party will continue to drive the ongoing development."
Later on, Baghel took to Twitter and expressed that the party was fully prepared for the assembly polls. He mentioned that the meeting discussed the positive impact brought about by the "Nava Chhattisgarh" model initiated by the Congress government in the state, which has led to significant changes in the lives of the people.
