Accounts with active YouTube engagement, such as comments, channels, videos, or those with monetary balance, will be exempted from deletion. The 'Google Takeout' service lets you download all your associated data if you no longer need your Google account. For added convenience, Google's Inactive Account Manager can remind you if your account has been dormant for a specific period.
