In a recent episode of PM Modi's Mann Ki Baat, Indian sports stalwarts Harmanpreet Kaur and Viswanathan Anand took center stage, divulging their wellness philosophies. Kaur, the captain of the Indian women's cricket team, alongside the five-time World Chess Champion, Anand, illuminated listeners on the significance of fitness in their respective sports.

Kaur commenced by accentuating the pivotal role of diet, echoing the dictum, "One cannot out-train a bad diet."
