According to the building plans, which have been approved by the BMC, a magnificent 19-story hotel is in the works. It's worth noting that the plot in question was previously occupied by the residential Starlet CHS, where the Khans had acquired apartments intending to redevelop the site into a residential building.

However, it seems that the family has had a change of heart. Over a year ago, a proposal to construct a hotel was submitted in the name of the actor's mother, Salma Khan, listed as the owner of the property.

The Khans, renowned business moguls in the city, had commissioned the esteemed architectural firm Sapre & Associates to design and develop their latest venture. With the recent implementation of the city's new Development Control & Promotion Regulation (DCPR-2034), Sapre & Associates diligently worked on creating a revised amended plan that adhered to the updated regulations.

The proposed project entailed the construction of a remarkable commercial building designed to be centrally air-conditioned and boasting an impressive height of 69.90 meters. The structure was envisioned to be a multifunctional space catering to the various needs and preferences of its future patrons.

Within the architectural blueprint, Sapre & Associates carefully allocated different levels of the building for specific purposes. The first and second floors were designated for a trendy cafe and a fine-dining restaurant, respectively. These spaces were meticulously designed to provide an inviting atmosphere for customers to enjoy delectable cuisine and socialize.

Moving up to the third floor, the architects envisioned a state-of-the-art gymnasium and a luxurious swimming pool. Fitness enthusiasts would have the opportunity to engage in rigorous workouts while indulging in refreshing aquatic activities, all within the confines of this impressive commercial establishment.

As the plan unfolded further, the fourth floor was set aside as a dedicated service floor. This level would house essential utilities and infrastructure to ensure the smooth functioning of the building, such as power supply systems, maintenance facilities, and storage areas.

Ascending to the fifth and sixth floors, the architectural marvel would encompass a spacious convention center. These floors would provide a versatile and adaptable space for hosting conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and various other events.

The well-designed interiors would feature modern amenities and cutting-edge technology, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

The upper levels of the building, spanning from the seventh to the nineteenth floor, were designated for hotel use. Sapre & Associates envisioned an opulent accommodation facility that would provide a luxurious stay for both business travelers and leisure-seeking guests.

The hotel rooms would be meticulously designed, offering stunning views of the city skyline and ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience for every visitor.

In summary, the revised amended plan submitted by Sapre & Associates for the Khans' commercial building not only adhered to the city's new regulations but also showcased the architects' ingenuity and creativity.

The proposed structure would cater to a wide range of needs, providing an enticing blend of gastronomic delights, Fitness facilities, event spaces, and premium hotel accommodations. The Khans' vision for a remarkable and versatile establishment seemed on the verge of becoming a reality.
