Going to state about the highly controversial BBC screening on Prime Minister Modi and the 2002 Gujarat riots, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has told that the argument that it would harm India's sovereign control was unconvincing. He went on to say that India's national sovereignty and security is not fragile.   Opinion on BBC Documentary Opinion on BBC Documentary Shashi Tharoor speaks out on a BBC documentary, claiming that it has no influence on the nation's safety or sovereignty. India Today provided this information. Discussing about the BBC screening, Shashi Tharoor stated that he was pleased that the Govt. has said it didn't interfere with the right to expression. The screening was arranged by a youth group in Kerala as an opposition against censorship, that he supported. Our national security as well as sovereignty are not so easily manipulated by a documentary only as We belong to a a powerful nation.
