After former Pakistan PM Imran Khan spent 2 days in police custody, the Pakistan Supreme Court has come forward with its judgment on checking the validity of Imran Khan's arrest. The Pakistan Supreme Court supported the side of Imran Khan and declared his arrest to be null and void given the flaws in following the legal procedures of the country's Criminal system.

The Pakistan Supreme Court's Take

The Pakistan Supreme Court pointed out that the arrest of former PM Imran Khan was carried out in a manner which was prejudicial to him. Reportedly the charges against Imran Khan were not informed to him beforehand. The arrest was carried out in a sudden and arbitrary manner.

Public Response to The Judgment

The supporters of PTI and the general public of Pakistan who participated in the protest in support of Imran Khan have welcomed the judgment with open arms. Apart from this the judgment has also captured attention from the Global audience. Instagram influencer Andrew Tate who was charged with charges of sexual harrasment, rape, cheating and spreading hateful content online, has come out in support of Imran Khan while also lauding the Pakistan Supreme Court for passing its judgement in favour of him. Andrew Tate said that all good men were arrested. It seemed like Andrew Tate had developed a feeling of brotherhood for Imran Khand after his arrest.
