Immigration Authority:-
According to a report circulated in Islamabad, 190 people from Pakistan were restricted by the Pakistan Immigration Authority from entering the state of India. As per sources, the 190 people were Hindus residing in Pakistan.
The Pakistan Immigration Authority cited the reasons for restricting the people as a lack of proper motive on why they wanted to visit India.

Numerous Hindu families, including women and children hailing from the interior Sindh province, headed towards the Wagha border on Tuesday morning in their pursuit to enter India. However, their journey was cut short by the Pakistan Immigration Authority in Pakistan at the frontier.
According to reports, the department of immigration feared that the outgoing people would overstay and put out words hurting the national sentiments of Pakistan. A source said, “After going to India, these people live in huts and do hard work but defame Pakistan, saying that they are not safe here,”
The source further stated that a lot of Pakistani immigrants were leaving as nomads in the states of Delhi and Rajasthan at the moment.
The situation of the 190 Hindu families was unknown at the time. Whether they would be allowed to travel after further verifications would depend solely on the Pakistan Immigration Authority and the Government.
