Within six minutes of landing, Satnaliwala received a call from Eastern Railway's general manager's office, expressing interest in his proposal. The meeting, scheduled for February 6, aimed to explore the potential collaboration between Satnaliwala's firm and the railway for waste management solutions.

Satnaliwala's handwritten note highlighted the opportunity for railways to play a crucial role in the supply chain for alternative fuel and raw materials to cement plants, aligning with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan.
