During a wedding celebration in Gujarat’s Mehsana district, a former village sapanch threw wads of cash from his house as it was pouring money. Residents of Agol village in Kekri tehsil in Gujarat were shocked when a former sarpanch in the Mehsana district began throwing money down from the top of his home during a wedding ceremony. Money Showered According to sources, gifts of cash were given in honor of Razak Yadav, the nephew of Agol Sarpanch Karim Yadav. Videos of Yadav and a few members of his family that have gone viral show a sizable crowd gathered in front of the house to catch wads of cash being thrown from the house. The video shows that as Razak’s procession passed through the hamlet, the former sarpanch and his family began throwing Rs500 notes at the spectators gathered on his rooftop to watch the celebrations.
