In Bihar, the prices of petrol and diesel have increased by 28 paise and 26 paise per liter, respectively, while in Uttar Pradesh, there has been an increase in the prices of petrol and diesel. Additionally, in some states, the prices of petrol and diesel have also increased today, such as Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.

Petrol and diesel rates

Petrol and diesel prices have witnessed changes in various states across India on March 4, 2024. In Bihar, the price of petrol has decreased by 28 paise, now priced at Rs. 108.87 per liter, while diesel has seen a reduction of 26 paise, now priced at Rs. 95.54 per liter.

Here are the prices in some major cities:

  • Delhi: Petrol - Rs. 96.72 per liter, Diesel - Rs. 89.62 per liter
  • Mumbai: Petrol - Rs. 106.31 per liter, Diesel - Rs. 94.27 per liter
  • Kolkata: Petrol - Rs. 106.03 per liter, Diesel - Rs. 92.76 per liter
  • Chennai: Petrol - Rs. 102.63 per liter, Diesel - Rs. 94.24 per liter

Additionally, in states like Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Haryana, Karnataka, Manipur, Odisha, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana, petrol and diesel prices have also decreased. However, in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, prices have increased.
