BJP Workers in Kanpur Celebrate PM Modi’s 73rd Birthday With Prayers And Fireworks

Members of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Kanpur on Sunday gathered to offer prayers and participate in festivities to celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 73rd birthday.
The BJP party workers conducted their prayers at the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple situated in Rail Bazaar, Kanpur, seeking blessings from Lord Hanuman on the PM's birthday.
As part of the celebrations, the party workers in Kanpur beat drums, ignited fireworks, and exchanged sweets with each other, creating a joyful atmosphere to mark the special day.
Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw provided details about the party workers' initiatives to assist those in need on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday.
He expressed, “The party workers will serve people with the same amount of dedication and emotion as PM Modi.”
The minister further added, “We will encourage people to take up cleanliness initiatives and we serve those deprived of basic amenities.”
He also revealed that the 'PM Vishwakarma Yojana' is scheduled to be “launched on the occasion of his 73rd birthday".
To celebrate 'Vishwakarma Jayanti,' Prime Minister Modi is set to introduce the 'PM Vishwakarma' scheme on Sunday. The scheme is specifically designed to support traditional artisans.
The launch event is slated to take place at the India International Convention and Expo Centre in Dwarka, marking a significant initiative to uplift and empower these skilled craftsmen.
