Serbian tennis maestro Novak Djokovic dashed Andrey Rublev's hopes of a breakthrough Grand Slam semifinal appearance at Wimbledon. Djokovic's quarterfinal victory not only marked his 46th major semifinal, equalling Roger Federer's record but also kept his bid for a historic fifth consecutive Wimbledon crown and eighth title overall alive.

In a captivating clash on Tuesday, Djokovic bounced back from a set down to defeat Russia's Rublev with a 4-6, 6-1, 6-4, 6-3 scoreline. The victory extended Djokovic's dominance at Wimbledon, where he has enjoyed unparalleled success.
