Dream Girl 2 Box Office Collection on Day 4: Ayushmann Khurrana's Film Nears Rs 50 Crore Mark"

Ayushmann Khurrana is renowned for his outstanding scripts and exceptional performances, evident from Vicky Donor to Bala and now Dream Girl 2. Continuously raising the bar, he follows up the triumph of the 2019 hit Dream Girl with its sequel. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, the comedic venture debuted on August 24 and sustains its impressive box office performance.

Dream Girl 2's fourth day at the box office witnessed a collection of approximately Rs 4.70 crore, according to preliminary estimates. This number reflects a marginal decrease compared to the opening day up to Day 3, indicating a slight dip in momentum. Day 3 and Day 2 registered robust earnings of Rs 16 crore and Rs 14.02 crore, respectively. Notably, the movie's debut saw an impressive Rs 10.60 crore, marking it as Ayushmann Khurrana's highest opening figure.

As the cumulative collection accumulates, the film's total earnings currently stand at Rs 45.41 crore. While initial predictions anticipated the film to cross the Rs 50 crore milestone on its fourth day, the actual performance fell slightly short of this projection.

Transitioning into its journey, on August 28, Dream Girl 2 recorded an overall occupancy rate of 17.72 percent for its Hindi version. As the film continues to grace the silver screen, its box office trajectory remains a dynamic narrative to observe.

Produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures, Dream Girl 2 features Ananya Panday in the lead role. Unlike the initial installment, which showcased Nushrratt Bharuccha in a significant position, the sequel boasts a star-studded cast.
