Renowned YouTuber and recent Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner, Elvish Yadav, has recently found himself entangled in a legal battle amid allegations of supplying snake venom to rave parties, initiated by prominent animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi. The controversy has generated significant attention on social media and news outlets.

Kota Police apprehended Elvish Yadav in connection with a rave party in Noida, which raised eyebrows and stirred discussions in the media. The accusations were first reported by India TV.

Reacting to the allegations, Elvish Yadav publicly voiced his intentions to take legal action against Maneka Gandhi for defamation. He fiercely declared in a Hindi interview, "I was accused by Maneka Gandhi ji, and she called me the head of the snake supplier." I'm going to sue her for defamation. I'm not going to spare her. I am now involved in all of these activities. I used to think that I didn't want to squander my time, but now my image is suffering."

"Please don't judge me on this basis," Yadav said. Wait for the inquiry to be completed. When the police investigation begins, I will also disclose the primary video. Everything will be shown to you. This is something I am certain of. A news release will also be issued stating that Elvish Yadav had no participation in this matter. Please keep an eye on that.
