The return of Fardeen Khan

To introduce the new ensemble members, Bhansali Productions released four more character posters on Wednesday. These were released on Saturday. Heeramandi will mark Fardeen Khan's big-screen return following a fourteen-year hiatus. In the new ad, the actor appeared to be lounging on a couch while a tray of jewelry was placed in front of him. He was playing a member of the aristocracy.

The caption implies that Wali Mohammed is caught up in a tumultuous conflict between duty and love, trying to balance his personal desires with the responsibilities that come with being a monarch. Wali Mohammed marks Fardeen Khan's amazing big-screen comeback!

The novel Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar explores the cultural realities of the dazzling neighborhood of Heeramandi via the stories of the courtesans and their patrons. The turbulent Indian independence movement, which started in the 1940s and is just now starting to wind down, is the setting for all of these stories. May 1st is when it will debut on Netflix.
