Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan Bring Amrita Pritam's 'Main Tenu Phir Milangi' to Life with Romance in New Advertisement

Amrita Pritam's 'Main Tenu Phir Milangi'

Following their iconic TV series "Humsafar" and the blockbuster "The Legend of Maula Jatt," Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan find themselves reuniting once again. However, this time it's not for Netflix's forthcoming Pakistan-themed original, as that's still on the horizon. Instead, their reunion takes the form of an advertisement for a bridal wear brand owned by Fawad's wife, Sadaf.

Within a day of the announcement about their collaboration on Netflix's first Pakistan-themed original, Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan star together in a fresh commercial.

In the brief commercial, Fawad and Mahira portray former lovers reuniting after a prolonged separation. He dons an elegant black sherwani, while she graces the scene in a sequined white anarkali adorned with silver and pearl jewelry. Approaching hesitantly, she reaches out to touch his chest, her gaze fixed on him. With an air of gentleness, he grasps her hand as she gradually steps back, maintaining their unbroken eye contact. This poignant scene unfolds at the entrance of a haveli.

Accompanying their reunion, the backdrop resonates with verses from Amrita Pritam's beloved poem "Main Tenu Phir Milangi." This mesmerizing ad is part of the bridal campaign named "Phir Milenge," curated by SFK Bridals, the bridal brand under the ownership of Fawad's wife, Sadaf.
