Nobody was hurt in the incident, even though the actor and his parents were sound asleep at home. A few hours later, Anmol Bishnoi, the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi's brother, came to social media to take blame for the attack. Salman Khan, do not take us lightly. This is the first and last warning. After this, the firing will happen at your home. The authorities have seized the bike that the offenders were riding and are investigating the possible cause of the shooting as well as the involvement of all parties, including the Bishnoi gang.

The police claim that the bandits entered the Galaxy apartment through the Bandra Bandstand. Both of the crooks had protective helmets. In an attempt to breach the curtain covering the actor's first-floor apartment balcony, two shots were fired. Apart from the two shots that were fired into the air around the balcony, another bullet struck a location on the next wall. During their panchnama probe, the police discovered five expended bullet casings and one live round. Furthermore, forensic research revealed that the attackers used a rifle with a caliber of 7.62.

Hearing gunfire, two of the building's security guards, Stalin Anthony and Sumit Naidu, ran out the gate to evaluate the situation. Salman and his dad were sleeping in their apartment when the incident happened. By then, they claimed, the attackers had already left the scene of the crime, as HT had reported.
