Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti 2024, the 352nd birth anniversary of the revered Sikh leader, was celebrated with fervor and unity worldwide. Born in Patna, Bihar, Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth human guru of the Sikhs, was not only a warrior but also a poet and philosopher. His ideas and teachings continue to be cherished by the Sikh community globally.

On January 17, Sikhs globally marked the occasion with grand celebrations. Guru Gobind Singh, born on December 22, 1666, according to the Julian calendar, was the son of Guru Tegh Bahadur. Guru Tegh Bahadur met a tragic end, beheaded by Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb for not accepting his mother, Mata Gujri.
