Adipurush:-
The screening of the movie "Adipurush" was abruptly halted during its screening on Sunday due to disturbance caused by certain Hindu groups at a multiplex in Palghar, Maharashtra. Their contention was that the film disrespected deities.
These group members vocalized their discontent by chanting slogans against the movie and engaging in a heated exchange with the multiplex staff.

A video capturing the incident was shared on Twitter and has since gained significant attention. In the video, one of the protestors expressed his concern, saying, "Will you impart such teachings to your children? We are deeply embarrassed. We cannot tolerate any form of disrespect directed towards our revered gods and goddesses."
Despite the efforts of a staff member from the multiplex to defuse the situation, urging the protesters to take their concerns outside the hall so as not to inconvenience other movie-goers, the individual adamantly refused, declaring, "Regardless of the circumstances, we shall address this matter right here."
The film's dialogues have garnered widespread disappointment among fans since its release. On Twitter, numerous users have openly criticized the lines, labeling them as "pure cringe."
Specific phrases like "Jo humari behno ko haath lagaayenge, unki lanka laga denge" (We will destroy the world of those who lay a hand on our sisters), "Teri bua ka bageecha hai jo hawa khane aa gaya?" (Are you here to enjoy the breeze in your aunt's garden?), and "Jali na teri? Ab aur jalegi" (Did you burn enough? You'll burn even more) have been particularly singled out as objectionable.
Mumbai Police provides security to Adipurush dialogue writer, Manoj Muntashir, amid controversy. Muntashir sought protection due to perceived threats. Police are investigating the matter.
