Mayor's daughter from Nepal is missing, last spotted at meditation retreat in Goa

The father of Aarti Hamal, a 36-year-old Nepalese woman and the daughter of a mayor in her home country, declared on Sunday that his daughter had vanished in the Indian state of Goa.

The woman, an Osho meditation practitioner who had been visiting Goa for the past three months, was last seen on Monday night.

The last time Aarti was spotted on Monday night was around 9.30 p.m. near Ashvem Bridge. An article in the Nepalese daily The Himalayan Times claims that she has apparently been connected to the Osho Meditation Centre for a number of months.

The sub-metropolitan city of Dhangadhi's mayor, Gopal Hamal, took to social media to request assistance in locating his older daughter, Aarti. Aarti's family was notified of her kidnapping by a friend.

His eldest daughter, Osho meditator Aarti, has been in Goa for the past six months. Aarti Zorba Vibes Ashwem Breeze has not been approachable since yesterday, according to a note her buddy sent in the interim. They sincerely ask the people of Goa for assistance in locating his daughter, Aarti. Also, his younger daughter Arzoo and son-in-law flied to Goa to look for the elder daughter Aarti, stated the person. It was also notable how he used social media to disseminate these phone numbers. He genuinely requested to contact himon 9794096014 / 8273538132 / 9389607953 to offer the needed assistance in the search for his daughter, he wrote in a message on his X account.

The Goa Police have started a search operation in response to a report of a missing person.
