Miss USA Lindsey Langston has accused Congressman Cory Mills of harassment and threats to release explicit images after their breakup. Mills denies the claims, calling them politically motivated by rival Anthony Sabatini, who represents Langston. Police are reviewing her complaint, but no charges have been filed.

Miss United States 2024, Lindsey Langston, has accused Florida Republican Congressman Cory Mills of threatening to release explicit images and videos of her after their relationship ended earlier this year. The 25-year-old beauty queen, who also serves on the Columbia County Florida GOP state committee, alleged in a police report filed on July 14 that Mills made repeated threats, including harm to her future partners, following their February breakup.
Langston, who is preparing to compete in Miss Universe this November, claims the threats occurred “numerous times” after Mills suspected she was seeing other people. She reportedly provided messages to law enforcement to support her allegations.
Their relationship began in 2021, when Mills was separated from his wife but awaiting divorce. Langston said she left his home after news emerged of a separate police investigation involving Mills and another woman — an incident that resulted in no charges. Mills, a decorated Army veteran and staunch Donald Trump supporter, currently represents Florida’s 7th District and won re-election in 2024.
In response to the allegations, Mills denied wrongdoing, calling the claims “false” and politically motivated. He accused his former GOP primary rival, attorney Anthony Sabatini — now representing Langston — of orchestrating a smear campaign. Sabatini, meanwhile, posted screenshots of alleged threats and asserted that Langston sought a restraining order, though this has not been confirmed publicly.

No charges have been filed in the case, but the accusations have ignited political tensions in Florida. Sabatini has openly demanded Mills’ resignation, while the congressman maintains that the allegations are part of a “narrative built on lies” aimed at damaging his career and reputation.
