A case has been filed against DMK leader and Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin for his comments about ‘Sanatan Dharma.’ The Mumbai police in Mira Road filed this case under sections 153 A and 295 A of the law.
In Tamil Nadu, a group from the BJP gave a written request to the police. They want the police to start a case against Udhayanidhi Stalin because of what he said about ‘Sanatana Dharma.’ Udhayanidhi, who works as the minister for Sports and Youth Affairs in the Tamil Nadu government, made some negative comments about Sanatan Dharma during a conference in Chennai. He compared it to diseases like dengue, malaria, fever, and corona. According to Stalin it should be eradicated and not just opposed.
Earlier this month, Prime Minister Narendra Modi led a meeting with the Council of Ministers. During this meeting, he talked about the controversy regarding Udhayanidhi’s comments. According to sources, he told his ministers to strongly respond to the criticism against Sanatan Dharma. He advised them to use facts to counter the arguments made by the Opposition.
