The Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela 2023 is to be held at different locations of the country at given dates from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Earlier the date was 9th January 2023, however, the event has been postponed to new dates accordingly at the different locations. 1. Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh at Government I.T.I., Beniganj, Ayodhya.

Expected Salary for chosen ones: 8,000 to 20,000 per month

The Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela has been designed to facilitate communication and relationships between Companies and potential young labor force of the country. Potential apprentices will be met by Companies at the mela who will be enrolled as apprentices in different training programmes at these companies after a screening process involving an interview. The young workers are even paid a decent stipend during the training. After enrollment and the training, the young apprentices will receive National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET)-recognized certifications. Such certificates are necessary for increasing their chances of employment. One major boon of the Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela is that some candidates are directly hired at these Companies on the basis of outstanding performance during the training programmes. To bridge this gap, we are trying our best to make apprenticeship opportunities reachable to trainees and students…….The major purpose of this programme is to encourage companies to hire more apprentices, while also assisting employers in discovering the right talent and developing their potential via training and practical experience…..With our continuous efforts, our goal is to raise apprenticeship opportunities in India to 10 lakhs by end of 2022, and to 60 lakhs by 2026”.
