In a hard-hitting video address released on Tuesday, the former Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, launched a bitter attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government, accusing them of politics to create hatred and frustration, which has a bad effect on the country.
