Renowned UK Health Expert Kate Bingham Sounds Alarm Over Looming 'Disease X' Pandemic Threat

Kate Bingham, a highly regarded health specialist in the United Kingdom and former head of the UK Vaccine Taskforce, has sent shockwaves through the global health community with her ominous warning about "Disease X."

Coined by the World Health Organization (WHO), Disease X has been painted as a potential pandemic that could surpass the devastation caused by COVID-19 and rival the grim legacy of the 1918–19 Spanish Flu epidemic.

Bingham voiced her fears, saying a pandemic of today's calibre might kill millions of people around the world.
