The 16th edition of India Couture Week is being held from July 25 to August 2 at the Taj Palace Hotel, Delhi. The fashion gala is organized jointly by the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) and Hyundai Motor India.
At India Couture Week 2023, Aditi Rao Hydari mesmerized everyone with her enchanting and majestic appearance. Wearing a meticulously crafted outfit by renowned designer Ritu Kumar, she exuded sheer elegance on Wednesday night.
Aditi has been captivating the fashion industry for quite some time with her remarkable sense of style, and her clothing choices perfectly mirror her poised and graceful persona.
Adorned in an ivory ensemble with exquisite handcrafted details adorning both the skirt and blouse, the real life royal gracefully strutted the ramp during the Hyundai India Couture Week. The full-sleeved blouse boasted intricate embroidery and mirrorwork, adding to the charm of her outfit.
In terms of glam, she opted for a minimalist makeup approach, allowing her natural beauty to shine through. Completing her stunning look, she chose a 'mangtika' to accessorize, enhancing the overall beauty of her appearance.
After the show, Aditi engaged in a media interaction where she candidly shared her perspective on the significance of fashion in her life.
Her fashion mantra was actually not having one. According to her, clothes should be worn by individuals, not the other way around. There should be no peer pressure or burden related to clothing; instead, people should enjoy wearing clothes and love themselves and what they wear, as that truly matters.
Earlier in the year, Aditi caught everyone's attention with her chic presence at Cannes 2023.
During the event, Aditi was the brand ambassador for cosmetics giant L'Oreal at Cannes 2023. She graced the red carpet donning an elegant, full-length yellow gown with voluminous flair. To complement her look, she opted for a subtle hairstyle and makeup, and her choice of jewelry was minimal yet tasteful.
Meanwhile, in terms of her career, Aditi is gearing up for her role in the Indo-U.K co-production titled 'Lioness'. The movie, a result of the official Indo-UK co-production agreement signed between the two countries in 2008, was unveiled during the India Pavilion event at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, organized by FICCI under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
'Lioness' draws inspiration from the research of historian Peter Bance, who uncovered the intriguing story of Princess Sophia Duleep. The film narrates the tale of two British Punjabi women, living in the UK but separated by a century. Notably, Peter Bance is also serving as one of the executive producers for the movie.
Additionally, Aditi has an exciting project titled 'Heeramandi', directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, lined up in her list of upcoming ventures.
