In the spotlight of Prabhas's movie "Salaar," Sriya Reddy's return after a decade hiatus captivated audiences. Her portrayal as Radha Rama stole attention in the film alongside Prithviraj Sukumaran. Reddy, a familiar face in Tamil and Telugu cinema, re-emerged after her marriage-induced break, marking a notable comeback.

In
the much-anticipated release of "Salaar" on December 22, the film
showcased a compelling narrative led by Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. While
audiences praised the performances of the male leads and the presence of Shruti
Haasan, it was Sriya Reddy who emerged as the unexpected focal point.
Reddy's
portrayal of Radha Rama in the movie stole attention and garnered acclaim,
marking her comeback after a decade-long hiatus from acting. Her character,
Radha Rama, is depicted as the sister of Varadharaja, played by Prithviraj
Sukumaran, within the film's storyline.
The return of Reddy to the silver screen created a buzz, considering her absence from the industry for nearly ten years. Following her marriage to film producer-actor Vikram Krishna Reddy, also known as Ajay, she took a deliberate break from her acting career. Prior to her hiatus, her last appearance was in Priyadarshan's "Sometimes" in 2018.

her role as Radha Rama in "Salaar" seems to have reignited the spotlight
on her talent and presence within the industry.

return but also reinforces her position as a versatile and impactful actress in
the realm of Indian cinema.
