Shah Rukh Khan's Dunki Sets Box Office Alight, Surpasses Rs 100 Cr in 4 Days

Shah Rukh Khan's movie "Dunki" directed by Rajkumar Hirani storms the box office, crossing Rs 100 crore in just four days. The film narrates the tale of friends aspiring to move abroad illegally. With a star-studded cast and an intriguing storyline, it's become a blockbuster hit, delighting audiences worldwide.

"Dunki," the cinematic creation starring Shah Rukh Khan and helmed by director Rajkumar Hirani, has swiftly shattered records, crossing the coveted Rs 100 crore milestone within four days of its release. Khan's charismatic presence has captivated audiences, propelling the movie's success.

The film's narrative, centered on the aspirations of four friends to migrate illegally, has resonated deeply with viewers, showcasing a unique aspect of storytelling. According to Sacnilk's report, "Dunki" has amassed a staggering Rs 106.43 crore, with an initial collection of Rs 31.50 crore in India.

The movie's success trajectory was evident from its opening day, where it raked in Rs 29.2 crore, followed by a commendable Rs 20.12 crore on the second day. Notably, the fourth day saw significant Hindi occupancy in theaters, with morning shows at 27.01%, afternoon shows at 52.63%, evening shows at 66.06%, and night shows at 52.96%, culminating in an overall 49.67% occupancy on Sunday.

Produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan, presented by GO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films, and penned by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani, and Kanika Dhillon, the movie continues to reign supreme at the box office. It marks Shah Rukh Khan's third blockbuster opener in various countries, adding another feather to his illustrious cap.
