The injured have been distributed across medical facilities, with seven in Butwal and two in Bhalubang Hospital. The accident's cause remains unclear, and authorities are actively investigating. The bus driver, Lal Bahadur Nepali (28), has been taken into custody to aid in the ongoing investigation.

This tragic incident echoes a similar event last October, where 12 Indian nationals and a Nepalese driver sustained injuries after their vehicle overturned near Kathmandu. The vehicle, carrying pilgrims, overturned in the Indrsarowar Rural Municipality, emphasizing the need for enhanced safety measures on Nepal's roadways.
