Uday Saharan's resilient innings of 81 runs off 124 balls, coupled with Sachin Dhas' impressive 96 off 95 balls, propelled India to a hard-fought win. Despite being reduced to 32/4 while chasing 245, Saharan's leadership steered the team to their fifth consecutive World Cup final and ninth overall.
