He declared a 4% increase in dearness allowance (DA) for government officials in the state. This decision comes ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, signaling the government's commitment to addressing the needs of its workforce.

Emphasizing the fulfillment of promises made under the 'Modi Ki Guarantee' initiative, CM Vishnu Deo Sai highlighted the assurance of procuring 21 quintals of paddy at a favorable rate of Rs 3,100 per quintal. This move not only benefits farmers but also ensures stability in essential food prices, reflecting the government's focus on agricultural welfare.

Furthermore, CM Sai addressed concerns related to contractual workers by announcing the formation of a five-member committee. This committee is tasked with reviewing the demands and problems faced by contractual employees, demonstrating the government's responsiveness to labor issues.

In addition to initiatives aimed at state employees, CM Sai discussed the 'Mahtari Bandhan Yojana', a welfare scheme targeting women's financial empowerment. He noted that on March 10, women across the state received a combined amount of Rs 655 crore in their accounts. Moreover, he announced plans to provide Rs 1,000 per month to every woman in the state shortly, furthering the government's commitment to gender equality and women's welfare.

CM Sai's engagement with the community extended beyond policy announcements. He actively participated in a grassroots election campaign, personally visiting neighborhoods and interacting with residents. This hands-on approach allowed him to connect with citizens and understand their needs at the grassroots level.

During his interactions with locals in Raipur, CM Sai listened attentively to their issues and grievances, demonstrating a genuine commitment to addressing the concerns of the people. These interactions not only provided insights into the challenges faced by citizens but also reaffirmed the government's dedication to inclusive governance.
