On Saturday, a structure exceeding one hundred feet in height, constructed for a religious and cultural assembly, collapsed in the Indian state of Karnataka. The only things that saved the structure were an electric pole and the crowd of worshipers, who were able to flee in time. Nobody has yet suffered physical harm.

The chariot was
constructed exclusively for the yearly Huskur Madduramma temple fair, which
takes place in Anekal, close to Bengaluru. One of these chariots was being
dragged toward town by bulls and tractors when it started to topple over. The
four of them were heading toward the town.
According to the
clip, one of the ornamented buildings that the bulls were pulling down
collapsed, sending a cloud of dust skyward and igniting some of the animals. It
had barely avoided a massive power pole. People are also running in order to
escape getting hit.
The event draws thousands of visitors to Anekal each year, and the chariots are the major attraction.

Everyone who was
a part of the incident got away safely. The chariot was finally moved back to
its original spot after some time, thanks to tractors and ox carts.
Every year,
there are well-known chariot festivities like the Huskur Madduramma fair. The
chariots are the main focal point of the celebration.
The renowned
event used to feature over a hundred chariots, but in recent years, only ten or
fifteen have remained.
