AAP Cries Foul as Kejriwal Faces CBI Inquiry:-

AAP Accuses BJP of Conspiring Against Kejriwal as CBI Questions Him in Liquor Scam Case

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) wasted no time in attacking Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who has been summoned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for questioning in connection with the liquor policy scam case. This case involves the former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, who was arrested by CBI in February this year. The BJP has pointed out that Kejriwal will soon join Sisodia in jail. However, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has accused the BJP of conspiring to arrest Kejriwal in a fabricated excise policy case and has emphasized that their fight against corruption will not be affected.

Delhi BJP President predicts Kejriwal, Sisodia, and Jain will be in the same jail cell

During a press conference, Virendra Sachdeva, the President of Delhi's BJP, predicted that Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and Satyendar Jain would eventually end up in the same Tihar jail barrack, as the BJP has consistently asserted that Kejriwal was the ringleader of the liquor scam that led to Sisodia's imprisonment.

Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22 Scrapped After Alleged Irregularities, Former Ministers Arrested

The Delhi government led by Kejriwal canceled the 2021-22 Delhi Excise Policy after Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena suggested that the CBI investigate potential irregularities. Manish Sisodia was taken into custody in February of this year, while Satyendar Jain, a former minister in the Kejriwal administration, has been detained for nearly a year in a money laundering investigation by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

AAP accuses Modi government of obstructing work in health and education sectors; CBI investigating money trail linked to a liquor policy scam

AAP has accused the Modi government of obstructing their work in the health and education sectors by initiating probes into the excise policy. According to sources from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is being investigated for their possible use of funds from the modified excise policy, which was believed to have favored specific liquor dealers and the South lobby, for their election campaign.

Kejriwal to answer CBI queries on April 16, AAP calls it BJP's attempt to silence opposition.

Following the cancellation of the excise policy case, the CBI has summoned Kejriwal to appear at their headquarters on April 16 to answer questions from the investigators. The AAP claims that this is an attempt by the BJP to silence their opposition. According to AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, Kejriwal exposed alleged ties between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and industrialist Gautam Adani during the assembly session, and Singh warned him that he could be the next target of the BJP.

AAP alleges BJP's conspiracy to arrest Kejriwal inside CBI headquarters, vows to continue the fight against corruption.

AAP has Claimed that the BJP is planning a scheme to detain Kejriwal within the premises of the CBI headquarters. However, AAP has emphasized that no conspiracy, no tactic, and no trap can silence the voice of CM Arvind Kejriwal. His fight will continue regardless of what happens to him, and it will spread to every corner of the country.
