However, amidst ABVP's triumph, the NSUI celebrated a significant win as Abhi Dahiya emerged victorious in the Vice President category. This result adds an element of balance to the central panel.

The DUSU elections, which took place on Friday, have consistently showcased a fierce rivalry between ABVP and NSUI.

This year, twenty-four candidates vied for the four vital positions in the elections. Voting for the central panel occurred via Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), while college union polls were conducted using paper ballots.
